A Bird Builds Her Nest On A Police Car In Ohio… And Gets The Sweetest Response From The Officers!

A mourning dove built a nest at the base of a police car’s windshield and the officers made sure the bird isn’t disturbed, even adding an umbrella to keep the dove family dry and protected from the sun.

According to the City of Parma, Ohio, there are two eggs in the nest. The bird, now named Gerty, has been there about a week.

The police officers even went so far as to dig in the mud for worms to feed the dove mother and gave her a water cup. (Scroll down for the video.)
