Golfers in Palmetto, Florida, may well have felt as though they had somehow stumbled right into Jurassic Park this past weekend.
While playing golf on Sunday at the Buffalo Creek Golf Course, Charles Helms shot a video of a monster alligator taking a casual stroll across the course.
The dinosaur-like reptile looked even bigger once another man came into the frame to take a picture with his phone. Evidently the gator is quite a regular sight in the area.
While playing a typical Sunday game at Buffalo Creek Golf Course in Palmetto, Charles Helms was able to get a video of a dinosaur-like alligator casually strolling across the green.

According to locals, the gator is a common sight around the course and does not bother the players.

The biggest alligator ever recorded in Florida was 14 feet long, weighing 780 pounds.
