I’ve Seen People Make Airplane Models, But THIS? This Is So Awesome It’s Unbelievable.

OK, this truly IS an amazing feat to pull off. Reddit user Hoof–hearted has pointed us to an astonishing model of a Boeing 777, made solely of paper. And, as I said in the headline, this is not your ordinary model play thing.

The guy who put it together — Luca Iaconi-Stewart — tells us in his YouTube profile that he “loves aviation” (some understatement!). He’s also put up a video (you should watch it below), which offers a brief explanation of his process.

And just to give you a sense about the amount of work involved, each engine contains about 900 pieces of paper, and took Mr. Iaconi-Stewart about two months to build! Isn’t that amazing? But first, here are the images of the model.
