Using a high-speed camera, Dutch photographer Alexander Augusteijn has taken some of the most amazing photos I have ever seen — of a bullet speeding through droplets of water. And it is quite a sight.

The whole process — from the moment the gun was fired to the time the shot was taken — took a grand total of 28 milliseconds, and was calculated to make the image as precise and uniform as possible. I’d say that the objective has been achieved. Here is the whole sequence of bullet shots.
