Oh, That Must Hurt! THIS Is Why You Should Think Twice Before You Photobomb Someone. Especially If He Is A Monkey…

A young woman on holiday in Bali spotted the perfect opportunity to take a selfie with a monkey, but her attempt backfired in spectacular, and painful, fashion.

Now, it is hugely unlikely that you can get a monkey to play by your rules, even at the best of times, and this particular primate proved to be far more interested in the woman’s hair than being featured in a holiday picture.

The incredible set of images was posted on Reddit by user ThatGuy1331 and shows the sequence of events. ThatGuy1331 concludes that “it didn’t end well”. Some understatement…

In the first image, we see the woman smiling next to the monkey and things seem to be going to plan. However, the primate has his own ideas of having fun and is seen extending his arm towards the woman’s hair.

The next photo shows the hilarious aftermath: open-mouthed reactions from both primates, as the woman appears to be screaming in horror at her hair being grabbed and pulled, while the monkey shrieks as well — perhaps because the other primate is doing the same. The final image shows the woman looking horrified, doubtless making a desperate attempt to flee her aggressor. (Scroll down for the videos.)

1. Things had started out nicely, but despite the smile, the monkey’s wandering hand moves towards the hair.

2. Whether it took her by surprise, or tugged a little too hard, the woman is obviously distressed at the event.

3. The woman’s reaction after the monkey fondled her hair is priceless, as she recoils in horror.
