Rescued With A Severed Leg And Gashed Face, Tony Needed All The Help He Could Get. And A Group Of Puppies Worked Their Hardest To Help Him Heal…

Rescued with a severed leg and gashed face, Tony the dog is making an incredible recovery after two surgeries. But his human rescuers can’t get all the credit. They had a group of little helpers — injured rescued puppies — who were working their hardest to make sure Tony heals!

When Tony was rescued, his condition was so terrible that many of you would have found the photos taken by his rescuers quite disturbing — which is why we decided not to post the more gory ones.

While some considered Tony to be a “hopeless case”, the folks over at Animal Aid Unlimited believed that he could still make a full recovery and all he needed was a chance. Unfortunately, the vets had to amputate one of Tony’s front legs — otherwise he would have died from infection.

After the surgery, Tony was scared and aggressive and refused to eat or make contact. However, as time went on, he began to recover and revealed the loving dog he truly is.

In this incredible video, Tony receives some much-needed psychological help during his rehabilitation. He is surrounded by puppies, all of whom are working their hardest to cheer him up!

All dogs deserve a chance to live the best lives possible and Tony demonstrates that, when the will is there, nothing is impossible.
