Don Dunbar was fishing off the coast of Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island when an unusual sight caught his eye. An eagle was floating in the water and in serious trouble, as it was unable to fly and was struggling to stay afloat.
Naturally, the fisherman decided to help the bird, but not before he took his camera out and filmed the whole thing. On his YouTube account, Don tells us what happened:
While fishing off Nanoose Bay, BC, I happened upon a fledgling Bald Eagle “floundering” in the water. The video documents his welcome aboard…aborted mutiny, and transport back to dry land.
